Research Fellow – nutrition and sustainable diets

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious research fellow to work on a project modelling cultural, non-cultural and social influences on dietary choice in the context of shifting towards achieving around healthy, environmentally sustainable diets.  The core research is based on modelling complex social systems(e.g. agent based modeling) to integrate cultural and non-cultural factors that can influence food choices. We are seeking candidates with a PhD in social science, nutrition or related discipline.
 
The successful candiate will join a dynamic multidisciplinary research team comprising nutrtionists, social scientists computer modellers, environmental scientists and statisticians.
