Food Science and Technology Pilot Plant

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Zaragoza has a multidisciplinary Food Science and Technology Pilot Plant, equipped with modern facilities with food processing equipment, physicochemical, process and microbiological analysis laboratories, a sensory analysis room and other complementary infrastructures.
