Several IA2 members hold institutional and corporate chairs:

- Caja Rural de Aragón Foundation Chair

Objectives: Analysis of rural development policies, the challenges of the agricultural sector, the promotion of innovation, the fight against climate change and the mobilization of the potential of the community's municipalities; study of the factors that promote the fixation of the young population in the municipalities and curb the rural exodus and aging in the three provinces; attention to the phenomena of dispersion of the territory; creation of a specific degree of the University of Zaragoza on the sustainable growth of the rural environment and the planning and management of research projects; support for the activity of the Veterinary Hospital; analysis of the role of emigration, the progressive aging of the population and aspects related to dependency; support for doctoral theses and the organization of forums and other activities to share codes of good development practices among the networks and economic, social and cultural agents of the municipalities.

- United Petfood Chair Companion Animals

Objectives: To support and encourage research and academic activities, courses, seminars and conferences in the areas of nutrition of dogs and cats, as well as its effects on health. In addition, the Chair will support the dissemination, divulgation and social projection of the importance of balanced nutrition of dogs and cats in the maintenance of their health throughout life. With this objective, communication actions will be carried out for the transfer of information, student internships, promotion of grants and scholarships, training visits to the company, etc., which will allow the elaboration of audiovisual documents for dissemination purposes on topics of interest to document clinical studies, as well as inform pet owners on topics of interest such as, for example, the state of the skin, hair, allergies, kidney disease or other common pathologies affecting dogs and cats.

- Magapor Chair

Objectives: To carry out research projects in the thematic lines of Magapor's field of action (related to the development of technologies and equipment applied to the artificial insemination of cattle), to support the completion of doctoral theses and final projects, to increase the participation of Magapor managers at the University to share acquired experiences, to organize continuous training, to carry out communication and training activities (conferences, seminars and courses) for the transfer of information, student internships, visits to the company and the awarding of prizes.

- Chair in Simulation Applied to Medicine

Objectives: To train medical degree students, doctors and other healthcare professionals in different pathologies, using simulation techniques, and to improve the diagnosis of related pathologies; to support and encourage research projects; to support the completion of doctoral theses and final projects; to increase the participation of AstraZeneca managers in the University; to organize continuous training for AstraZeneca professionals and the Official College of Physicians of Zaragoza; to carry out student internships; to carry out exchanges with other universities, visits to AstraZeneca's production centers, and communication and training activities. This chair, created on June 6, 2016, is a continuation of the one previously signed only with AstraZeneca, on December 2, 2011, which had the same objectives.

- Chair of Urban Forests

Objectives: To carry out work to raise awareness, understand and value green infrastructure and biodiversity at the municipal level and the ecosystem services they provide to citizens. In this sense, the development of research lines of common interest is planned, as well as technical and scientific studies aimed at advancing innovative methodologies for urban and peri-urban green infrastructure. The Chair will encourage the development of academic work, end of degree, master's and doctoral studies in all disciplines and areas of knowledge of common interest.

- DPZ Chair on Depopulation and Creativity

Objectives: The objective of the Chair is to develop cooperation between both institutions, favoring the creation of new knowledge and promoting the dissemination of all aspects of common interest between both, especially in aspects related to depopulation; to generate advanced interdisciplinary research on the subject matter of the Chair; and to develop a policy of practical training for university students and professionals of the Provincial Council of Zaragoza.

- Mountain Chair

Objectives: The creation of this Chair establishes a framework for the analysis and debate on topics of great economic and social interest for the territory and which have direct consequences on the social, cultural and economic development of the province of Huesca. With the programming of training activities, the organization of conferences and research studies on everything related to the concept of mountains, including sustainable development and the challenge of population fixation, among others, will result in the promotion of sustainable employment and the improvement of the quality of life in mountain areas, issues of common public and economic interest for the territory of the province of Huesca. Within the framework of the Chair, the Master's Degree in Emergency Medicine and Mountain Rescue is included.

- Grupo Jorge Talent and Innovation Foundation Chair

Objectives: Its objectives are to carry out the cooperation between both entities, favoring the creation of new knowledge and promoting the dissemination and diffusion of all aspects of common interest between both, especially oriented to the meat industry, the agri-food sector, renewable energies, corporate social responsibility, etc.; to carry out a policy of talent development and applied practical training, aimed at students of the University of Zaragoza in all types of transversal profiles: veterinary, engineering, quality, administration, etc., in collaboration with the various companies that make up the Jorge Group of Companies; and to generate applied research, which allows for the appropriate evolution and integration of the academic and business world in various strategic lines: smart farms, sustainability of agribusiness, sustainability of the food industry, etc., in collaboration with the various companies that make up the Jorge Group of Companies, in collaboration with the various companies that make up the Jorge Group of Companies; and to generate applied research that allows the appropriate evolution and integration of the academic and business world in various strategic lines: smart farms, sustainability of the food chain, simulation environments applied to various areas of interest...

- NANTA Chair in Precision Livestock Production

Objectives: The work plan of the Chair includes practical modules in small ruminants clinic, online training in sheep and goat management, field tests in farms of different species, continuing education (Continuing professional development of the European College of Small Ruminants, ECSRHM), support to the activity of Transhumance; support to the Clinical Service of Ruminants with teaching involvement; technical training sessions according to needs; support to TFG and TFM...

- GSK Chair on Vaccines and Global Health

Objectives: The objectives of the Chair are articulated in four strategic lines (Challenges and foundations of the immune system and vaccines; Vaccination for life; Vaccines and Global Health; The value of vaccination: trust in vaccines) and in twenty proposals for action.

- Chair in Urban Pests and Public Health Research

Objectives: The main objectives of the Chair are the diagnosis and identification of pests, including health studies that provide a global vision on urban pests in the municipality of Zaragoza; the definition of preventive strategies for the control of urban pests in the city of Zaragoza, differentiating by type of pest and defining objectives and indicators; research on urban pests and health; the development of practical training and dissemination, aimed at both university students and professionals in the public sector and society as a whole, in the field of urban pests and public health; and the use of municipal services as a field and scenario for learning and research by University students in this field.

- Fundación Blanca Chair of Athlete Support

Objectives: To carry out research on the analysis of the mental health of elite athletes in Spain; to collaborate with the Aragonese School of Sport to design a training offer in the area of interest of the Chair; to encourage collaboration in the direction of TFG, TFM and doctoral theses in the area of interest of the Chair, and to convene the TFG and TFM Award "Cátedra Fundación Blanca de Apoyo al Deportista".
