Nucleic acid extraction using advanced automated magnetic particle technology with the KingFisher™ Duo Prime purification system. Enables extraction with maximum purity and speed of DNA, RNA obtained from a wide variety of samples, including fluids, blood, bacteria, cell culture and tissue samples, and plants.

The use of the MagMAX™ Total Nucleic Acid Isolation Kit allows for maximum throughput. Based on paramagnetic microspherical zircon granules and chemical lysis, it is ideal for promoting mechanical disruption of pathogens that are difficult to lyse or samples whose cellular or tissue structure complicates this task. The purified material obtained allows it to be used in subsequent applications such as Northern Blotting, PCR, Real-Time Quantitative PCR (qPCR), Reverse Transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) and Southern Blotting.
