ENLP Co-ordinator Position

Who we are: ENLP is the network of leaders in nutrition in Europe. Our vision is to solve the world’s nutrition and health problems to improve quality of life. Our mission is to establish the most powerful, independent and sustainable network of leaders in nutrition worldwide to train, educate and inspire the next generation and ensure a strong impact on nutrition and health.

As ENLP Coordinator you are responsible for advancing ENLP’s networking and outreach activities by co-ordinating a team of motivated ENLP alumni. This includes supporting the ENLP alumni teams working on visibility, social media, conferences, local circles, newsletter, website, fundraising, ENABLE and further leveraging the Global Nutrition Leadership Platform (GNLP). As ENLP coordinator you will also work closely with the ENLP Board and sponsors.

• You will coordinate the activities of the ENLP alumni teams on time and on budget. This includes:
  - Aligning the activities with the ENLP vision
  - Ensuring delivery of the objectives
  - Reporting on results of objectives
• You will work with a team of about 20 motivated ENLP alumni using your leadership skills. This includes:
  - Organising regular telephone conferences to assess project status
  - Providing motivation and advice at appropriate times
• You will organize one or two on-site meetings per year for the ENLP alumni teams.This includes:
  - Facilitating bonding of the active ENLP alumni
  - Organising leadership training sessions for active ENLP alumni

• You have a close relationship to ENLP and you are committed to its mission to lead it to the next level
• You are an open person and are able to listen to the needs of various stakeholders
• You are an agile person who can adapt where necessary
• You can dedicate approximately three hours per week for ENLP
