Laboratory for in vitro cultivation of plant material

This in vitro culture laboratory provides scientific and technical support to research in micropropagation, in vitro culture and in vitro sanitation of fruit species.
Distributed in different areas, it consists of the following equipment and infrastructure:

Sowing room:

• Vertical laminar flow cabinets for in vitro Mini V/PCR culture. Telstar
• ESCO SMART CONTROL gas extraction cabinet.

Propagation area:

• Culture chamber, for the establishment and propagation of plant material in vitro, with controlled temperature and photoperiod (16 hours of light) for plant growth.

There are also greenhouses adapted for the acclimatization of these crops.
