Tenure Track Position in Entomology Hebrew University of Jerusalem
The Department of Entomology of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in Entomology. We welcome candidates with strong background, proven experience and original research in any aspect of Entomology, either at the molecular, physiological or ecological level. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a documented track record in research, outstanding academic credentials and a strong commitment to undergraduate and graduate education. Starting date is 1 October 2017. Starting rank will be commensurate with qualifications.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop an independent and original research program, obtain competitive research grants, supervise graduate students, offer undergraduate and graduate level courses in her/his field of expertise, participate in the entomology teaching program, and contribute to department and faculty activities.
